The policies are here to keep the site a fair place to buy, sell, and chat with the community.

TrinDeal's reputation feature is designed to create a open and fair environment for members when doing business. These feedback comments from other members allow both buyers and sellers to build reputations based on their trades with other members.

Comment Removal
Members must act responsibly when leaving feedback comments, as once posted for all to see, these comments cannot be changed and are a permanent part of that member's record. As such, at a member's request, TrinDeal may remove certain feedback comments if TrinDeal deems that the comment as unwarranted or prohibited. Such feedback comments might include those that have: no connection to TrinDeal activity, profanity or vulgar language, links, personal identifying information, been mistakenly posted to the wrong member, or any other reason TrinDeal deems as necessary for removal.

To ensure that these ratings are accurate and fair, certain practices are not allowed. If you suspect any member of partaking in these practices please report then immediately:

• Solicitation - members may not offer to buy, sell, or trade feedback comments.
• Extortion - members who attempt to bribe or force particular feedback comments from another member.
• Abuse - feedback comment with inappropriate language, contact information, comments not related to TrinDeal, comments about a different transaction, links, and anything else TrinDeal deems abusive in nature.

TrinDeal does to guarantee that all feedback comments reported will be removed. Those found to be in violation of these policies or deemed unwarranted or abusive by TrinDeal will be removed at the discretion of TrinDeal. Feedback in violation of these policies may lead to member suspension or cancellation.

The TrinDeal discussion boards and blogs are intended to be a helpful, informative, and entertaining place for all members. By following the guidelines outlined below the boards and blogs will continue to be an enjoyable place to meet and chat with other members of the TrinDeal community. Messages posted are solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the message, TrinDeal is not responsible for any messages which might be posted.

Messages may not contain the following:

• Abusive material about any other member or TrinDeal staff
• Contact information about another individual
• Advertising of any kind including merchandise, auctions, services, commercial websites, offers to trade or charitable solicitation
• Wanted offers or interest in sale of an item or service
• Expletives or inappropriate language, pornography or adult-oriented content, promoting the use of illegal substances or activity, hatred or intimidation of a any kind
• In the title of a topic: User IDs in a derogatory manner, posting URLs, auction numbers, or websites
• Violation reports of members or a reposting of previously deleted or edited posts
• Any attempt to impersonate a TrinDeal staff or another member
• Encouragement of others to violate TrinDeal policies
• Any material which violates the TrinDeal Terms and Conditions

Messages containing prohibited material or refusing to follow direct instructions from TrinDeal staff are grounds for immediate post removal and/or TrinDeal suspension of that member ID. This suspension will apply to all IDs found to be associated with that member potentially including members of the same household or anyone else deemed in collaboration with that member. TrinDeal reserves the right to suspend any member from the site with or without warning for board and blog policy violations. Only persons over the age of 18 years can post to the boards and blogs regardless if the account is owned by an adult or given permission by one. When acting in their official capacity, reporters and third party representatives need permission from TrinDeal prior to posting or emailing members. At our discretion TrinDeal may make exceptions to these policies for certain TrinDeal programs or events.
